Legal & Safety

  • n general, I only handle inquiries from clients who have proven themselves to be respectful, trustworthy and a good fit through direct communication with me. Any red flags are filtered out before you ever come into contact with them.

To avoid fake inquiries, bots or scams, a software system also automatically checks whether email addresses are valid and credible, and whether requests originate from suspicious IP addresses (such as VPNs or known bot networks).

I make sure that wishes, expectations and boundaries are clearly communicated and aligned before a date takes place, so you feel well prepared and know what to expect.

During a date, I am continuously reachable for you. Additional safety measures include mandatory check-ins at the beginning and end of each date, as well as optional live location sharing.

I also provide you with information to help you quickly recognize potentially risky situations on site, along with clear guidelines and concrete measures for handling different emergency scenarios.

  • Yes. You are never obligated to accept any inquiry. At every stage, the decision is entirely yours.

I also encourage you to speak up during a meeting if something doesn’t feel right, if boundaries shift, or if you simply change your mind. Your comfort, safety and consent always come first.

You are free to pause, renegotiate or end a date at any time — without having to justify yourself.

  • Yes. Germany has one of the most regulated sex work industries in the world. Escort (where clients book companions for dates, companionship, or sexual services) is legal and must comply with the Prostitute Protection Act (Prostituiertenschutzgesetz, ProstSchG, 2017).

As an Escort Agency, I operate legally under those regulations.

  • Moonlight Society holds the official permit to operate as a prostitution mediation service in accordance with Section 12 (1) of the German Prostitution Protection Act (ProstSchG).

  • Yes. Under the German Prostitution Protection Act (ProstSchG), you are required to register and apply for an alias certificate. If you are not yet registered, I will provide you with a clear step-by-step guide to help you through the process.

Earnings & Payments

  • I charge a 30% commission for first-time bookings and 25% for repeat bookings (if you acquire a returning client).

  • Clients typically pay in cash at the beginning of the date. If you prefer, you can opt for an alternative payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit card).

  • No. The only cost on your end is the agency commission when you go on dates.

If we want to take new photos, there's a one-time fee of 300€ for the shoot with my trusted photographer.

Schedule & Services

  • No. You can work as much or as little as you like.

  • Yes. You have full control over when and how often you're available.

  • No. You decide which types of bookings you accept.

  • Yes. You have complete freedom to decide which services you provide.

Privacy

  • Yes. I never disclose your real name, identity, or contact details to clients or other Moonlight Society Escorts.

I ensure secure data storage, and we sign a data protection agreement at the beginning of our collaboration.

  • No. If you prefer not to show your face, we can create aesthetic, anonymous images for your profile.

  • Yes. I recommend using an alias or artist name.

Marketing

  • I handle marketing, advertising, organization, and administration, so you only need to focus on your dates with thoroughly vetted clients.

  • No. You can remain anonymous or use social media for self-promotion—it’s entirely your choice.

  • Yes. If needed, I’ll organize a professional photoshoot for you – with my trusted photographer, who’s been genuinely loved by all escorts so far. I’ve secured a special rate of 300€ per shoot.

Health

  • There is no legal obligation to undergo regular testing, but I strongly encourage you to get tested on a regular basis.

As a registered escort, you are entitled to free health check-ups. I also provide you with contacts to testing clinics that have a good reputation within the sex-positive community or with whom I have personally had positive experiences.

  • We have a strict condom policy for all services—it’s legally required in Germany. If a client refuses protection, you are legally required to stop the service. If they persist, end the date immediately.

Clients who attempt to bypass protection rules will be permanently banned from further bookings.

Perks & Support

  • I always encourage you to show up as authentically and confidently as possible - and feeling comfortable with the way you look is a big part of that. So I will never ask you to “dress up” or suggest you wear something you don’t like.

But I’m of course always happy to share recommendations whenever you have any questions in regards to “your look” as an escort.

  • Yes. The sense of community is a core part of Moonlight Society. There is a shared Telegram group with all escorts (participation is of course optional), where we connect, exchange experiences and support one another.
